About Our Founder
Philip Herndon is the founder of Worship House and has served as a worship pastor in the local church for over 20 years. He has written and released numerous albums, collaborating with Integrity Music, Furnace Music, and Watershed Music Group, and has been instrumental in building worship communities that release their own unique sound.
Philip’s passion is to raise up the next generation of worship leaders. He has dedicated his life to helping unify the worship movement—not through competition, but connection. His heart is to see leaders equipped, encouraged, and empowered—and to end the era of “orphan” worship teams trying to figure it all out alone.
Over the past several years, we’ve noticed the pressure on worship leaders and their teams has increased significantly. Many leaders are placed in roles they were never fully equipped for, with little to no guidance from someone who has walked the road before. They're expected to perform at a high level to keep pace with the current worship movement. Often, worship leaders are handed high expectations from church leadership — but with limited budgets and minimal support. As a result, stress levels are at an all-time high, and teams are breaking down. The pressure to remain relevant and “cutting-edge” often overshadows the call of God on your life.
We want to help.
What worship leaders and their teams need more than another online course with no real interaction is someone who will walk with them in a meaningful way - answering both the simple and difficult questions of ministry. They need someone who can bridge the gap between them and other church leaders, and help create a practical, sustainable plan to pursue the dreams God has placed on their hearts. That’s what we do — and we’d be honored to walk alongside you.
What We Offer
One-on-One Coaching
Meet twice a month via Zoom with an experienced mentor. Bring your questions about ministry and receive real, practical solutions. You’ll have someone to walk with you—so you don’t have to do it alone.
Consultations
We’ll come to your church and help you develop a comprehensive game plan for the future. From upgrading your sound system and sitting in on rehearsals, to navigating team dynamics and building better communication with your pastors—we’re here to help. We’ll create a strategic plan to help you pursue the call of God on your life and your church.
